SV Health Managers LLP is the Alternative Investment Fund Manager and Investment Manager of the London-based investment trust, International Biotechnology Trust plc. The Trust is listed on the London Stock Exchange under the ticker IBT LN. 85-90% of the Trust is invested in a portfolio of healthcare stocks publicly quoted on the world’s major stock exchanges, with the remainder invested in unquoted companies through SV Life Sciences Fund VI and a few direct unquoted investments. The portfolio is focused on companies aiming to develop breakthrough treatments for conditions that affect millions of people, including cancer, rare diseases, infectious diseases, and cardiovascular disease. As well as aiming to provide investors with a capital return, the Trust also pays a dividend from capital reserves of 4% of NAV per annum.
