Ashley joined SV Health Investors in January 2025 as an Executive Assistant to the Biotech Team.
Before joining SV Health, Ashley served as Executive Assistant at Glia Technologies, a B2B software platform improving digital customer interactions. In this role, she supported C-level executives, optimized operations, led cross-functional initiatives, and managed high-profile events. Prior to this, Ashley was Executive Assistant to the Founder/Co-CEO at Ethos Capital, a private equity firm focused on technology and data-driven companies. Earlier in her career, Ashley spent a substantial portion of her professional journey at Three Bays Capital, a hedge fund specializing in long-term growth investments. As Executive Assistant to the Founder/CIO, she facilitated board communications, organized high-level investor meetings, contributed to philanthropic projects, and provided essential support to executive operations and team management.
