Brent brings over 19 years of finance and accounting experience to SV. He joined SV in 2008 and is Chief Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Partner, focusing on finance and accounting matters for the firm.
Prior to joining SV, Brent was the Controller at CMGI @Ventures, the venture capital affiliate of CMGI, where he was responsible for the accounting and finance aspects of the firm. Prior to joining CMGI @Ventures, Brent was a Senior Associate in the Technology Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where his clients included early-stage venture backed companies as well as venture capital funds.
Outside of SV, Brent and his wife Lisa are raising their three children in Winchester.
