James has been an Executive in Residence with SV Health Investors since 2014.
Previously, over the course of a 25-year career, Jim has served in many leadership positions. He founded and was CEO and Chairman of Octagon Research Solutions, Inc. (Octagon), a global pharmaceutical services and software company. Octagon was acquired by Accenture (NYSE: ACN) in September, 2012. Prior to founding Octagon, Jim worked as a regulatory affairs professional at both Johnson & Johnson and Schering-Plough.
Outside of SV, James enjoys auto racing and spending time with his family.
