Kelly is on his second tour with SV as an Executive in Residence and has been a friend of the firm since 2011. He is focused on the medical group models, services and technology enabling the industry’s transition from volume to value based care.
Kelly’s 35 year career includes extensive provider and payer experience including CIGNA, UnitedHealth Group and FHP, a pioneer in Medicare full risk arrangements. He has been a senior operator of primary care and multi-specialty medical clinics and a past CEO of private equity backed companies including Snelling Staffing, PCA Medical Group and RJ Health.
He currently serves on the board of directors of Health Payment Systems, an SV portfolio company.
