Phil Incarnati

Phil currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of McLaren Health Care having done so since 1989.

McLaren Health Care, headquartered in Grand Blanc, Michigan, is a fully integrated health network committed to quality, evidence-based patient care and cost efficiency.He earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in management and finance from Eastern Michigan University. He began his health care career in 1977, and has held top-level executive positions with the Wayne State University School of Medicine, Detroit Receiving Hospital and University Health Center, and Horizon Health System prior to joining McLaren Health Care.

Currently, Phil is a Director on the Board of Premier, Inc., Charlotte, North Carolina. Previous Board appointments include Anthelio Healthcare Solutions, Inc., Dallas, Texas; Eastern Michigan University Regents, (1992-2010 / Chair 1995-2005); King Pharmaceuticals (Lead Director), Bristol, Tennessee; McKesson/HBOC, Atlanta, Georgia; Medical Staffing Network, Boca, Raton, Florida; ProTom International, Inc., Dallas, Texas; Reliant Renal Care, Inc., Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and Theragenics, Atlanta, Georgia.
