Rob Butler

Rob Butler is CEO and founder of Hightop Health, an outpatient behavioral health platform backed by JLL and SV Health Investors. Rob was previously CEO of Wondr Health, a digital health company with the leading digital behavioral change counseling program focused on metabolic syndrome (MetS) reversal, diabetes prevention, weight management, and mental health.

Prior to joining Wondr Health, Butler founded and served as CEO of Maestro Health (an SV portfolio company), taking the company from start-up through an acquisition by AXA Health. During his time at Maestro he created an exceptional culture that earned the company recognition with some of the industry’s most prestigious awards and accolades, including Fortune’s “Coolest Companies to Work For,” Chicago Tribune’s “Top Workplaces,” and ChicagoInno’s “Coolest Companies.” Before he founded Maestro, Butler was the president of PayFlex and, upon its acquisition by Aetna, he served as the CEO and Head of the combined organization. Additionally, he previously held numerous executive leadership roles at MBI, Novamed and Allergan.

Butler has served on numerous boards, and is a graduate of Bradley University in Peoria, IL.
